This week...

This picture of Emmalyn is the only good one I got of her in the Alabama outfit...she was only willing to pose if she could play, lol! She doesn't seem to really care about football unless you are jumping up and down and screaming at the top of your lungs. She probably thinks I've gone crazy...however, we just won so...Roll Tide Roll!!!! She had school pictures this week so she decided to show me the morning of that she could pose happily. She went up to Drake, she calls him "Bubba", and posed for me and said "Get It" , meaning grab the camera...this is what we got!!!

Whenever we enrolled Emmalyn into Canterbury school I did not know that there would be homework. They asked me this week to make a "All About Me" poster for her. Its kind of ironic since she is only 17 mos, what does she know other than the lake, mom and dad, and playing. So thats what I posted! I thought I was done with homework but I guess I was dreaming...

Come to find out she may look like Wilkins but she has my personality. She is obsessed with pictures of herself, or what she calls "the baby"...at this age, my parents tell me I was the same way. Things haven't changed much for me so apparently she is in for the long haul about herself, lol:)

Love ya'll

My Weekend

Friday afternoon, I played dress up with my tutu and bracelets!

Saturday, game day at home....pulled for my daddy's team in my Auburn bloomers
(mommy's team outfit next week, lol, stay tuned...)

Saturday before bed I played outside in my Lookout House and slide!
Aunt Gene Austin and Uncle Van stopped by after a funeral. Aunt Gene needed some baby time after her long day, so I cheered her up by showing her how to slide! Gene lost her Grandmother this week so everyone please keep her family in your prayers!!!

Me and mommy went through all of the shells we collected last week...not as fun cleaning them as picking them up:)

And on Sunday, I got to wear my pretty dress that Nana bought me for church. I was not a fan of the bow that mommy liked so I decided to take it out every time she grabbed the camera!

After church, Mommy and Daddy surprised me by taking my to lunch to meet DeeDee, Doc, Uncle V and Aunt G!

I had a great weekend with my family after my first week of school at Canterbury!

Vacation Time

Hey everyone- guess what, the Webb's are on a beach vacation in Orange Beach!!! It felt like it took forever to get here, then because of Tropical Storm Lee we weren't even sure if it was going to happen. However, because we were so excited we came anyways. This is our first real vacation with just the three of us! Luckily, the storm only lasted for Sunday and Monday and it wasn't even bad. Some rain but mostly just cloudy but now its perfect!!! We are here for a whole week..yea!!!! Emmalyn is loving every second too!
She loves water so she wants to be in the pool non-stop. We brought our boat too so we have gone cruising and fishing in the afternoons. I thought she would be scared of the fish but surprisingly she isn't scared of anything so far. Not sure if that's good or bad, lol:)

This picture is from our back patio on Sunday with Storm Lee! See, it wasn't bad at all. I do feel bad for Birmingham though because apparently they got hit pretty bad. I had a call from Emmalyn's school letting us know that school was closed this week due to power outages. I guess they forgot we were on vacation- and unfortunately for them- living it up! I do hope everyone is okay though!

Wilkins went out on the boat today and caught tons of huge red fish...so guess what we are having for dinner tonight. Fish fry anyone? The one good thing about the storm is the weather has churned all the fish and crab up- as well as the jellyfish:( I was fishing last night, off our dock, and came inside to find that my left hand as completely swelled up to two times it size...you can't even see my knuckles! I went to the pharmacy to get something for it to have the pharmacist tell me that I am having a severe reaction to a jellyfish sting. Go figure my first nice day down here that I would turn my self into a swollen weirdo! It better clear up cause I need to look good for these vacation pictures. In case your wondering this is why I'm not in any of the pictures:)

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week...will update again later this week. Love ya!
